For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs, typically 1 large package
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1 Eggland's Best large Egg
- 1 tbsp. Water
For the Berry Filling:
- 3-4 cups Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated Cane Sugar or Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp. Water
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, for serving
