Mini Fig & Brie Puff Pastry Bites
Flaky mini puff pastry bites filled with creamy brie and fig jam, topped with fresh rosemary - it's the easiest holiday appetizer with low prep time!
Ingredients

- 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
- 8-oz Brie, sliced into 20-24 cubes
- 1/2 cup Fig Jam, or fig preserves
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- (Optional) Honey, for garnishing
- (Optional) Flaky Sea Salt, for garnishing
- Mini Muffin Tins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 1 to 2 12-cup muffin tins with softened butter to prevent the puff pastry from sticking.
- On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry. Slice into 20-24 equal-sized squares.
- Press each square into an individual muffin tin cup.
- Place a brie cube in each puff pastry cup, followed by a dollop of fig jam.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
- Let rest 5-6 minutes in the pan before removing with a fork or spoon.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary, a drizzle of honey, and flaky sea salt to enjoy!
