Honey & Pistachio Whipped Feta Dip
My favorite high protein appetizer that is super easy to make in the blender, and ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients
Servings: 6-8
- 1 8-oz block Feta
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves, peeled
- 3 tbsp. Honey + more for garnishing
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pistachios, crushed, for garnishing
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- Patagonia Provisions Organic Rosemary & Garlic Crackers, for serving
- Patagonia Provisions Organic Sourdough Sea Salt Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, combine the feta, yogurt, garlic, honey, and olive oil. Blend until very smooth, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a dip dish to serve with the organic crackers.
- Garnish the whipped feta with extra honey and the crushed pistachios to enjoy!
