Honey Garlic Salmon Melt
The tastiest and easiest salmon melt recipe with Patagonia provisions!
Ingredients

- 2 slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 slices Cheddar Cheese
- (Optional) 1-2 slices of a ripe Tomato
- Handful of Fresh Spinach
- 1 pouch Patagonia Provisions Black Pepper Wild Pink Salmon
- ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. Honey
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Drain any liquids from the salmon pouch, then add the salmon in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and honey. Mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Layer the sourdough slices with the cheddar cheese, salmon mix, chopped spinach, and (optional) tomato slices.
- On a heated griddle, add a little butter or olive oil. Cook the sandwich 1-2 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy immediately!
