(High Protein Breakfast) Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
A quick and easy breakfast recipe that will keep you energized through your day!
Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Milk of Choice
- 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- Zest of ½ Lemon
- 2 scoops VitaHustle Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp. White Chocolate, melted
- Shredded Coconut, for garnishing
- Pecans, for garnishing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and lemon zest. Add the milk and 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Stir to combine. Separate into 2 smaller containers with a lid. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours).
- In the morning, combine the yogurt, melted white chocolate, and remaining tablespoon of lemon juice in a small bowl. Evenly distribute over the overnight oats.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and chopped pecans to enjoy!
