For the Bell Peppers:

- 1 lb. Baby Bell Peppers
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Herbs, chopped, such as dill, basil, and mint
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
For the Minty Feta Dipping Sauce:
- 8 oz. block Feta Cheese
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill
