For the Mediterranean Tuna Pizza:
- 1 Pizza Dough Ball, homemade or store bought
- 1 5-oz can Wild Planet Alabacore Wild Tuna
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 – 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend Cheese
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Capers
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
For the Burrata, Salmon, & Arugula Pizza:
- 1 Pizza Dough Ball, homemade or store bought
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Arugula
- 1 ball Fresh Burrata
- 3-4 tbsp. Fresh Pesto
- 1 – 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 5-oz can Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
For the Mediterranean Tuna Pizza:
- Add all toppings to the pressed pizza dough. Place in a pizza oven to cook until golden brown along the edges.
- To cook in the oven: Place the pizza on a heated pan or pizza stone to cook at 450F for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown along the edges.
- Garnish with fresh dill to enjoy!
For the Burrata, Salmon, & Arugula Pizza:
- Spread the pesto evenly over the pressed dough. Top with the shredded mozzarella and wild pink salmon pieces. Drizzle the edges with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place in a pizza oven to cook until golden brown along the edges, or on a heated pan or pizza stone in the oven at 450F for 8-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, top with the fresh arugula and burrata. Season with pepper and an extra drizzle of olive oil to enjoy!
