Easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
An easy dinner that the whole family will love!
Ingredients

- 12 Hawaiian Slider Rolls
- ½ lb. Deli Corned Beef
- 1 lb. Deli Roast Beef
- 1 lb. Provolone Cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 Green Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
- ½ Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Dan’O Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- (Optional) ¼ cup Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease or butter a large baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil to heat up for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced green bell peppers and onions to sauté 3-4 minutes, until peppers are tender.
- Break up the deli meat into smaller bite-sized pieces and add into the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Dijon, Worcestershire dsauce, melted butter, paprika, and Dan’O Seasoning. If adding, stir in the mayonnaise.
- Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the rolls with half of the sliced cheese, the meat and bell pepper mixture, and then the remaining sliced cheese. Add the top buns.
- Brush the rolls with butter or olive oil and top with freshly chopped parsley.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the slider tops are browned. Enjoy warm!
