Crispy Ginger Sticky Salmon Bites
A high protein dinner packed with omega 3s, antioxidants, and ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients

- 2 Salmon Fillets, sliced into 1" cubes
- 1 tsp. EACH: Salt + Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1" Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
- (Optional) Cooked Basmati Rice, for serving
- (Optional) Edamame, for serving
- (Optional) Sliced Avocado, for serving
Instructions
- Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes, until shimmering and hot.
- In the meantime, slice the salmon fillets against the grain into 1" cubes. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Add the salmon cubes to sear untouched for 2-4 minutes, until crispy and golden brown along the edges.
- Using tongs, flip the salmon bites individually (to help them not break apart).
- Sear another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Gently stir the crispy salmon bites in the sauce, or use a spoon to baste the salmon bites in the sauce for 1-2 minutes, until salmon is fully cooked.
- Serve warm over rice to enjoy!
