This chicken recipe is simple to make in the air fryer, loaded with delicious Greek flavours, marinated in lemon, garlic and dried oregano then threaded onto skewers for an easy summer dinner!

For the Air Fryer Chicken Souvlaki:
- Wooden Skewers, soaked in water if time allows
- 1 ½ - 2 lbs. Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, freshly minced or dried granules
- 1 tbsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. Salt
For the Pita Pockets / Mediterranean Board:
