10-Minute Chili Crisp Dumpling Soup
An easy after-work dinner recipe!
Ingredients

- 8 oz Soup Dumplings
- 4 cups Broth of choice
- 2 large Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Chili Crisp Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a soup pot over medium high heat, combine the broth, sliced carrots, scallions, soy sauce, and chili crisp oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil, then add the soup dumplings. Reduce heat to LOW, cover with a lid, and let steam for 3 minutes.
- Enjoy warm with sesame seeds, additional chili crisp oil and scallions to preference.
