(High Protein) Dragonfruit Chia Seed Pudding
This dragonfruit chia seed pudding is this beautiful hot pink colorful, perfectly sweet, and will keep you satisfied for HOURS!
Ingredients
Servings: 3
- 2 packets Pitaya Foods Dragonfruit
- ½ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cup Whole Milk, or milk ofchoice
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Yogurt of choice, for layering
- Fresh Fruit, for garnishing
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozendragonfruit, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a large airtightcontainer. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Cover with the lid and store in thefridge for at least 2 hours.
- (Optional) Give it a good stir andplace back in the fridge 20-30 minutes.
- Layer your mason jars with thechia seed pudding and yogurt of choice. Top with fresh berries to enjoy.
- Store in the fridge up to 3-4days.
