A little disclaimer: I am not on the KETO diet, or ay diet for that matter. I truly believe in eating intuitively and listening to your body; however, I respect others on these diets and want to make sure I'm always creating recipes to fit everyone's needs!
The Ketogenic diet (aka KETO) is a low carbohydrate, fat-rich eating plan that has been used for centuries to treat specific medical conditions. But it also means cutting out sugar... whaaaat?! Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container on the counter (at room temperature) for regular biscuits, or in the fridge for biscuits made with meats (such as this recipe). They will last up to 4 days.
To help keep the leftover biscuits moist, you can brush a little bit of melted butter or olive oil onto the biscuits, individually wrap in foil, then bake at 350F for 6-8 minutes (or until warmed through).
