What is the KETO diet?
A little disclaimer: I am not on the KETO diet, or ay diet for that matter. I truly believe in eating intuitively and listening to your body; however, I respect others on these diets and want to make sure I'm always creating recipes to fit everyone's needs! :)
The Ketogenic diet (aka KETO) is a low carbohydrate, fat-rich eating plan that has been used for centuries to treat specific medical conditions. But it also means cutting out sugar... whaaaat?! Not possible, right? Well, this is where Purecane's All-Natural Sweeteners come into play.
