A fun, nonalcoholic Spring drink recipe! This Carrot Ginger Mocktail has incredible health benefits too as carrots promote healthy eyes, balance blood sugar, boost brain health, and support immunity.
Ingredients you'll need:
1/3 cup Fresh Carrot Juice, about 2 carrots
1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice, about 1 orange
2 tsp. Honey, or Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Ginger Ale
Ice Cubes, for serving
(Optional) Juice of 1/2 Lime
You can also prep a big batch of this mocktail in advance for a Spring brunch or Easter lunch, then add the ginger ale right before serving to keep it bubbly!
