You all love my summer flatbread recipes, and I love them too, so on today’s tomato girl episode we’re making THREE different varieties!!! 🍅🍓🌿👩🏼🌾
I’m using Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash as a base for each of the flatbreads: (1) Strawberry Balsamic Flatbread, (2) Caprese Flatbread, and (3) Creamy Brie & Zucchini Flatbread.
Ingredients you'll need:
For the Strawberry Balsamic Flatbread:
Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
Strawberries, thinly sliced
Goat Cheese
Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced
Fresh Basil, chopped
Traditional Aged Balsamic
(Optional) Strawberry Preserves
For the Caprese Flatbread:
Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
Basil Pesto
Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Fresh Basil, chopped
Traditional Aged Balsamic
For the Creamy Brie & Zucchini Flatbread:
Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
Triple Cream Brie, thinly sliced
Zucchini or Summer Squash, thinly sliced
Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
Fresh Basil, chopped
Ingredients to Make Homemade Sourdough Flatbread:
½ cup Active Sourdough Starter, or Sourdough Discard
2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Warm Water
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 ¼ tsp. Instant Yeast
1 tsp. Granulated Cane Sugar
1 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
½ tsp. Garlic Powder

Can you Make Flatbreads in Advance?
Flatbread recipes are best made when ready to serve and enjoy; however, you can prep all the ingredients in advance. You can also cook it and reheat in the air fryer or oven at 400F for 5-6 minutes if you have any leftovers!
