(Air Fryer) Crispy Seasoned Fries
These (Air Fryer) Crispy Seasoned Fries make for an easy summer bbq side dish that is healthier AND tastier than regular French fries!
Ingredients

- 4-6 Russet Potatoes, washed
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Seasoning of choice
- 2 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
- Slice the russet potatoes in 1/2" thick or smaller French fry-like shapes. Add to a large bowl and continue to rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.
- Turn out the potatoes on a large kitchen cloth to pat very dry.
- Add back to the cleaned bowl to toss with the olive oil, salt, and seasoning.
- Working in batches, add the seasoned fries to the air fryer basket to cook at 400F for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and deep golden brown.
- (Optional) Garnish with flaky salt and extra seasoning, if desired.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces!
