3-Ingredient Protein Chocolate & PB Crispy Wafers

Ingredients

  • Thin Rice Cakes
  • Natural Peanut Butter, or any nut butter of choice 
  • Chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. On one rice cake, add a generous slather of the peanut butter then sandwich with another thin rice cake. 
  2. Dip and coat in the melted chocolate. 
  3. Place on a plate lined with parchment paper. (Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.) 
  4. Place in freezer for 2-3 minutes (or until chocolate is firm.) Enjoy!!
