- Thin Rice Cakes
- Natural Peanut Butter, or any nut butter of choice
- Chocolate, melted
- On one rice cake, add a generous slather of the peanut butter then sandwich with another thin rice cake.
- Dip and coat in the melted chocolate.
- Place on a plate lined with parchment paper. (Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.)
- Place in freezer for 2-3 minutes (or until chocolate is firm.) Enjoy!!
